Brand Designs
Brand design is the overall visual and experiential identity of a brand, encompassing how it feels across all touchpoints. This part of the portfolio is to show off the work done for Brands and Corporate projects.
DanBred
The DanBred Experience 2
For the DanBred Experience 2, I designed the invitation, event program, wall banner, speaker presentation, thank-you note, and clickable links for the event images I helped create. I also developed the signage and promotional materials for the event. To create the event branding, I built on DanBred’s established visual identity, updating it with fresh, cohesive designs. I began with the invitation, collaborating closely with the DanBred team to bring their vision to life. From there, I expanded the design suite using the same visual elements.
Porcus Magazine Articles
I designed several articles for DanBred’s Porcus Magazine, both in print and online. I also designed single-page pieces and double-page spreads for DanBred. My process varies with each article. I start by reading the article thoroughly, then either source suitable images or use those provided by DanBred. Next, I create a layout that best fits the content, whether a single page or a spread. I highlight key phrases or impactful sentences to draw attention and tie everything together into a cohesive, visually engaging brand design.
Social Media Posts
I produced months’ worth of images, social media banners, event reels, and videos for DanBred. To keep the brand fresh and relevant while staying true to its established style, I use DanBred’s photos, icons, artwork, and visual identity to create original and engaging designs. I begin each post by crafting the captions, drawing content from DanBred’s website news section or information provided directly by the team. I then develop the visuals and layouts based on that content, ensuring every piece aligns with DanBred’s brand design while bringing a creative edge.
Coffee Book Designs
I designed a series of adverts for a Coffee Table Art Book featuring DanBred. This short but enjoyable project gave me the opportunity to explore the more creative side of the DanBred brand design. I incorporated hand-drawn pigs and playful layouts—elements not typically seen in DanBred’s visual identity, which made the project especially exciting. I began by sketching concepts by hand to stay aligned with the brand’s style, then brought those ideas to life through digital design. This process allowed me to put my own creative spin on the DanBred brand while maintaining its core identity. I had a lot of fun being creative with this project.
Biosecurity Sign
I created this sign for the Fick Varke and DanBred High Biosecurity Facility. The goal was to clearly communicate key messages and replace the outdated signage with a new, updated version. Because this facility plays a crucial role in the DanBred genetics process, the sign needed to be clear, direct, and professional. I used the previous signage as a reference and designed a refreshed version that maintains simplicity while improving visual clarity and effectiveness.
Strauss Fishing
Logo, Letterhead and Raffle Ticket
An external company approached me to create branding for Strauss Fishing, a new branch of their business that they were entering into an international fishing competition. I designed a custom fishing-themed logo and a professional letterhead to support their funding requests. Later, they asked me to create promotional material for a raffle fundraiser to build awareness and help finance their competition efforts.
To develop these assets, I gathered input directly from the client and used the parent company’s branding as a starting point. However, the client ultimately chose to differentiate Strauss Fishing visually, preferring a distinct, alternative style to set it apart from the original business. This allowed me to explore a new creative direction while ensuring the branding remained cohesive and compelling.
